Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order.

Processing: orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery: usually 7-12 days from order to your door. Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delays and lost parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 days after you placed it, email us at olenviplala@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it until the order ships.
