Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee: try your Unwynd for 30 days from the day it's delivered. If it's not for you, we'll arrange a return and refund.

How to start a return: email us at olenviplala@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the address. Pack the item with its belt and cable, in its original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds: once your return is received and checked, we refund the full product price to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions: items returned without being agreed with us first, or returned more than 30 days after delivery, can't be refunded.
